Over 30% of people still do not use any sun protection factor when out in the sun according to a new report on over 2,000 people from the Institute of Cancer Research’s SAFE campaign.

More than 75,000 new cases of skin cancer are diagnosed every year in Britain, with most being caused by sun exposure. But despite these figures and a generally much higher awareness of the danger of sun damage to the skin, there are still a significant amount of people putting themselves at risk by not using SPF when in direct sunlight.
