If you have a question about a product or would like to know more then firstly have a look at the Frequently Asked Questions, and secondly have a look at our magazine Fact Sheets. If you can’t find your answer there then please email [email protected]. We promise to come back to you within 24 hours and usually within a couple of business hours. If your question is a good one then you will probably see it appear on the Frequently Asked Questions a couple of days later.

Concerned about the security of your card?

We use a fully secure and encrypted service to protect your credit card details. This is why when you put your credit card details into our system the address bar at the top of the screen changes from “http” to “https”. The “s” at the end means it is a secure line, and that your personal and financial details are encrypted before being transmitted over the Internet.

Want to return a product?

If you want to return your product please post it to the following address: SkinShop, Red Arrow Fulfillment, Unit 7–9, Romsey Industrial Estate, Greatbridge Road, Romsey, SO51 0AD, UK.

Can you include with the product:

  • Your customer number which you will find on the invoice sent with the product and on your confirmation email you received when you bought it.
  • Your name.

Can you also let us know whether:

  • You would like to exchange it for another product which we will post out to you free.
  • Or a replacement product which again we will post for free
  • Or do you want your money back.

We aim to have all refunds and replacements processed within 7 days of receipt.
