Need to know more about a product?

If you have a question about a product or would like to know more then firstly have a look at our support portal. If you can’t find your answer there then please submit a ticket at our support portal. We promise to come back to you within 24 hours and usually within a couple of business hours. If your question is a good one then you will probably see it appear on the support portal within a couple of days later.

Concerned about the security of your card?

We use a fully secure and encrypted service to protect your credit card details. This is why when you put your credit card details into our system the address bar at the top of the screen changes from “http” to “https”. The “s” at the end means it is a secure line, and that your personal and financial details are encrypted before being transmitted over the Internet.

Want to return a product?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.

However, if you have had a reaction after a patch test then we would ask you to let us know within 7 days* and post it back to us within a further 7 days for a refund.

In order to return a product for a refund please follow the following steps.

Please post the product to the following address. Please ensure you include a covering letter including your name and address and your order number.

  • You would like to exchange it for another product which we will post out to you free.
