Evita Slimsonic Delay

The Evita Slimsonic is in stock and is being despatched by next day delivery today and tomorrow morning. We will get the bulk of early orders out today and the rest will go tomorrow. We anticipate that the latest deliveries will be Wednesday.

The Evita Slimsonic will be delivered to our warehouse on Monday. We are hoping to ship them on the same day or latest Tuesday. Once again we are sorry for the delay.

We will be sending them out by next day delivery on Monday or Tuesday next week. We are extremely sorry about the delay and agree that it would have been better to have had greater initial stock. However, the sales of this product have greatly outstripped our initial stock levels and this has been mirrored globally. We will email all customers when they come into stock hopefully on Monday or latest Tuesday.

Thank you for your reply. I cannot help but feel dissapointed though, like many I placed an order in early June, and I really do not understand what is happening. I think it would have been better to obtain the slimsonic before advertising that you had it for sale. I will be out of the country very soon and if I do not recieve the slimsonic next week sometime I will not be able to take delivery for a while, which probably means it will be returned as un delivered, causing me even more delay.

We were expecting to have the Evita Slimsonics in our warehouse today or tomorrow. However, the importation department of Her Majesty's Customs are behind schedule. So we are hoping that they will be released on Monday for a Tuesday despatch.

We are now anticipating despatch on this Friday 23rd July for next day delivery. If this date improves by a day we will let you know here.

The slimsonic's are now in the UK and we are awaiting delivery to our warehouse for immediate despatch. I will post up here as soon as they arrive.

The Evita Slimsonics are in the air and flying towards us now. We hope they arrive tomorrow but they will have to come through customs so there may be a small delay. I will post up here as soon as they arrive. Our aim is to despatch all units on the day of arrival.

Yes. It should still be despatched on the 15th July. I will post up here as soon as they arrive with us and we will also email everybody to let them know. There was also a delay on the Slimaction Gels but they have now arrived with us. So we are only waiting on the Slimsonic itself.

We have already suggested this to the Canadian manufacturer. They are unable to do this for warranty reasons. If we supply our customers with a non-matched adaptor then it will invalidate the warranty.

Can you not just send me out my Evita and I can find my own adaptor? Adaptors are pretty easy to source. Or you can send me out a US adaptor and I'll just use my travel plug.

Due to unforseen global the despatch of the Evita Slimsonic has been delayed until the 15th July.
The product was designed for the US market and the manufacturers have had a delay in matching an effective UK adaptor. The new adaptor has to pass EU and UK safety tests. These regulations have delayed the supply of the product.
We are pressing for a quicker supply date and will inform you if the supply date improves from the 15th July. If you have any other queries please post them up here and we will respond within a few hours.
