The lip balm is not a medicine and it will not remove cold sores. However, feedback from customers has shown that while the Lip balm will not remove coldsores once they have started regular use with the lip balm can help reduce the frequency of coldsore outbreaks. In some cases, quite significantly. However, this is from customer feedback and people re-ordering the product so it is not a scientific result.
